Regulation of Le Axidie Apartments
These Regulations are indicated on our www.leaxidie.it website as well as in all our apartments.
The regulation is set up to ensure everyone a uniform, orderly, serene and peaceful use of our Resort. It is a contractual form between the “Le Axidie srl" and the guest and, therefore, the request to stay in the apartment and the acceptance of such request from the management implies full acceptance of these Rules.
Otherwise, the Management reserves the right to send away people who contravene.
In this case, nothing will be refunded by Le Axidie.
"Le Axidie srl" reserves the right to charge a deposit at the check-in time of the amount of € 100.00 to guarantee the application of the Regulation.
This amount will be refunded at check-out after verification by an operator about the residence conditions. Before leaving the residence the reception must be advised by typing nr. 9 on the phone supplied.
In case of non-compliance of Regulation this amount will not be refunded (check the "cleaning” part).
Check-in / out
The apartments can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am the day of departure.
What is included in the room rate:
- All utilities (water, electricity and gas) of the apartment
- Use of all attached accessories and related furniture, crockery etc. (Such as inventory)
- Use of television, Sky (except Pay-per-view)
- Hot-Cold Air conditioning
- Change of towels once time a week excluding the kitchen
- Change of bed linen once a week
- Washing machine
- 1 car space available
- 1 deck chair, 1 sunbed, 1 beach umbrella
- Use of sports facilities from 09:00 to 19:00 by prior arrangement
Not included in the rate
The table linen is not included
On request and with surcharge, we can be provided the following services:
- Daily cleaning (except kitchen): € 20.00
- Cleaning of the kitchen: € 30.00
- Change towels per person € 6,00
- Linen: double bed € 10.00 single bed €. 5.00
- Cleaning is provided by the property every week, it is the responsibility of the guests to arrange removal of household waste in order to ensure hygiene.
- Extra bed at a cost of 40 Euros per day in June, July and August, according to the rates list in other periods
Cleaning the apartment and change of towels is done once a week during the morning hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 hours. The change of bed linen is carried out once a week. The apartment is to found clean and tidy on arrival, and equipped with accessories for daily cleaning.
Any remarks on the cleanliness of the apartment are accepted within 12 hours of arrival. Weekly cleaning means it is the responsibility of guests arrange removal daily household waste in order to ensure hygiene.
The kitchen (crockery pans, etc.), must be left always in perfect order. The cleaning of the kitchen are always a guest’s responsability. It is forbidden to hang clothes outside the apartments, drive nails, deface the walls or in any way damaging the facilities and the equipment available. The furniture should be put back in its original place by the guest. The guest must take the utmost care of the apartment, the furnishings and household equipment and indicate to the management any failure or breakage within 12 hours of occupation, in order to prevent being held responsible for any damages to be charged
Valuables - Use of safe deposit boxes
Each room has a safe deposit box for storing money and valuables. Guests are required to make sure that when they leave the apartment is locked
The use of the safety deposit box is free. The Management is not responsible for any theft or loss
Rules of conduct
Guests of the apartments should keep a low volume of the TV, the radio, thus not disturbing the other guests. Guests are kindly asked, for security reasons, to always lock the door to his apartment even when you are inside, and not to leave open balconies and windows to
prevent the intrusion of people or animals. The Management is not responsible in case of theft in the apartments.
Pets cannot have access to the beach club. The use of air conditioners, heating and washing machine is controlled by a timer subject to schedules
It is forbidden that the apartment is also temporarily occupied by persons other than those
declared at check-in. Any exceptions must be agreed beforehand with the Manager for the necessary legal obligations. Visitors are required to leave at the Reception an identity document that will be returned when they leave the facility. Such a breach, even occasionally, will result in the termination of the contract, pursuant to art.1456 cc and the application of the penalty provided under art. 1382 cc. Sublease is forbidden.
The guest is liable for his own guest if he/she adversely damages persons or property in the apartment or the Resort. Management is not responsible for objects, values and things left in the car park or in the apartment not responsible for any damage suffered by the cars in the car park.
The parents (or whoever is guardian) are jointly responsible for the acts of their children in the building and they are required to supervise and make sure that they maintain a polite and respectful behaviour towards others, under their direct responsibility. In particular, as regards the obligation to respect the silence, the proper use of the services and equipment provided by the hotel to its guests.
Minors are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult for the duration of the stay.
Le Axidie srl is not responsible in the following cases:
- Theft from the apartments
- Damage to persons or property that occurred in the apartments or in the common areas of the property
- direct or indirect damages arising out of acts or omissions of other guests of the structure
- Disruption of services for reasons beyond his control
Faults and Complaints
All facilities and infrastructure are checked and maintained regularly. Therefore in reference to the descriptions of the property are drafted in good faith and sincerity. Any defect or problem supervening will be resolved as soon as possible after the notifying Reception.
When it is not possible to resolve the issue promptly for reasons beyond our will (Bank holiday, lack of availability of spare parts, disruption due to external factors), we require your understanding and should the problem go on we shall do our best to find alternative accommodation for the period necessary. It ispossible to report any faults either directly to the housekeeper or Reception,
In any case, if the complaint is made at the end of the stay or after departure, it will have no consideration.
The rules of procedure have been prepared to safeguard your privacy, your safety and the
your well-being. Our commitment is to meet and respond to your needs and expectations in a professional and efficient manner. For any omission or motive partially mentioned, legal rules prevail.
